Must be at or below the household income limits (provided on website) Must pass a criminal background investigation (both local and nationwide). Must pass a credit report inquiry. Must provide proof of legal residency status. Must provide proof of Ventura County residency. Must provide a minimum of five years of rental history. Must have verifiable income information.
